Danilo Cattaneo
CEO

InfoCert is a leading provider of digital trust solutions including identity management services, signature workflows, archiving, and e-invoicing

Ideally positioned to become the leading operator at European level via a combination of organic and inorganic growth

InfoCert is the leading Italian provider of digital trust solutions, with one of the broadest DTM offerings available on the market, including identity management services, signature workflows, archiving, and e-invoicing. The Company has delivered significant organic and inorganic growth in recent years and has already established a presence in various international markets including Spain, Germany and Peru. InfoCert is strongly rated by its customers for its track record and reputation, the quality of its reliable, well-designed and innovative solutions, alongside a great level of support and the ability to adapt to varying customer needs. InfoCert is part of Tinexta S.p.A., a leading player in Digital Trust, Cybersecurity, Credit Information & Management and Innovation & Marketing services listed on Euronext STAR in Milan.

The European digital trust sector is going through an important transition, characterised by high growth rates, a multitude of players, and the opportunity to achieve economies of scale given the recent regulatory standardization at EU level (eIDAS). This has led to an acceleration of the consolidation activity in the sector, and our goal is to support Danilo and his talented team in establishing InfoCert as the leading digital trust player at European level via organic and inorganic growth.

In parallel with our investment, InfoCert has agreed to acquire a majority stake in CertEurope, a leading certification authority in France. The acquisition allows InfoCert to enter and distribute its solutions in the French market, the second largest in the European Community.
