Andy is a Senior Advisor at Bregal Milestone. With a distinguished global career spanning 35 years in technology and cyber security, he currently serves as a Corporate Vice President at Microsoft within the Security Solutions division.

Prior to joining Microsoft in 2021, Andy was a Senior Vice President at Palo Alto Networks, contributing to the firm’s Core & Growth function. Before that, he held key leadership roles, including Chief Sales Officer at Riverbed Technology and President of EMEA at Intel Security. In addition, Andy has led sales teams at Intellectual Ventures, Cisco, and 3Com. Notably, Andy spent 13 years at Cisco, where his responsibilities included driving the go-to-market and growth strategy for 130+ countries within the Advanced Technology and Enterprise portfolio, as well as being Head of Sales for Sports and Entertainment Solutions worldwide. 

Originally from the UK, Andy has lived and worked across Europe, the US, and the Middle East. Now based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, he advises Bregal Milestone on cybersecurity-focused opportunities and value-creation initiatives.
