Andy is a Senior Advisor at Bregal Milestone. With extensive experience in information technology, he has been an active Director of more than 20 private and public companies, including RELX, TransUnion and Cott Corporation. and has held positions on several non profit boards. He currently serves on the boards of 6 private companies, primarily in the risk & compliance space.

Previously, Andy was CEO of LexisNexis, where he grew the company’s revenue from $1.7 billion to over $4billion and launched LexisNexis Risk Solutions, now nearly a $5 billion business. Before LexisNexis, he led Westlaw for Thomson Reuters and was president of 13 daily newspapers in Canada. He began his career by founding MFS Limited, which became Canada’s largest retirement plan processing firm before its acquisition by IBM Canada.

Andy holds a Bachelor of Mathematics in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from York University. Based in Florida and Connecticut, USA, he advises Bregal Milestone on growth and value creation within Governance, Risk, and Compliance(GRC) Software and Information Services.
