Bassano is an Associate at Bregal Milestone. Prior to joining Bregal, he worked in Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan in London for over two years, advising on a range of M&A and capital markets transactions. Before J.P. Morgan, he worked at Trilantic Europe, a pan-European mid-cap private equity firm.

Bassano holds a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Bath, which included an exchange semester at the University of Illinois.
