Miles is Bregal Milestone’s Portfolio Chief Talent Officer, partnering with portfolio leadership teams to enhance and strengthen critical skills and leadership capability. He supports CEOs and founders on talent strategy, executive recruitment, and performance to drive scalable growth. Prior to joining Bregal Milestone, Miles held leadership roles in the talent acquisition consulting sector, most recently as a Partner at IBM Consulting, helping high-growth businesses build resilient, people-centric operations. 

Miles holds a Business Law Degree from London Metropolitan University.
